I must agree with the other rating on this page. Atrocious response rate. Answering service ALWAYS answers the phone. They told me once that they don't answer the phones because "they are out on properties."... sure.... So glad I moved away from the property they managed and don't have to deal with them anymore.
They don't answer calls, take care of problems, or help you in a timely OR polite manner. This is a terrible management company from my experience- as far as communication, promptness, and friendliness. It's hard to know when you move in to a community that your management company is going to have such a huge effect on you, but I guarantee - it will.
