Horrible! The worst management group I've had to deal with yet. Contacted them for a rental house we were interested in. It was extremely hard to get a hold of them at all, even during business hours. When we did finally get a hold of them and applied for the house, they gave us the total ring around. Poor Management I lived in a house ran by Horizon Management for two semesters and it was horrible. The house was very run down and had many problems. Although they were prompt with their maintenance, getting the help was a hassle. I had many friends who had similar problems with the upkeep of the houses. They never came by to check on the houses and two days after I moved in, there was a gas leak which they refused to pay for. Great to work with We worked with this management company for 2-1/2 years. They were great to work with and both times we used them, they were able to find us a clean, nice home to rent for an affordable price. We appreciated all the help at a time when we needed it. I would recommend them highly.
