Great Limo and Customer Service! – Some of my fraternity brothers and I were going out for one of our's birthday. Our main problem was transportation. The first company we called was Horizon and they were EXTREMELY helpful. We didn't look at any other company because of the service Horizon provided. It turned out to be one of the best nights I've been a part of, and there was no issue of having to use a designated drunk driver. Thank You Horizon!!! BEST Fraternity and Limo Service EVER!!!
Horizon does not deliver as promised. – They did not deliver the vehicle they had promised. The one that came did not have good air conditioning during a time of excessive heat warnings. They did not return my phone calls or provide me with a corrected invoice after I made changes to our schedule. The vehicle was poorly kept and was not worth the price I paid. I do not recommend this company.
Awful! – We hired Horizon to transport our wedding party from the ceremony to pictures then to the reception. The limo arrived and the AC was not working, we rented it for 3 hours, the temperature was 106 F and the AC did not work the entire time. We suggested swaping out the vehicle and was told that wasn't possible and we would be reimbursed for the charges. Horizon Limousine was Outstanding! – We had a great time with Horizon Limousine after originally scheduling another limo company that called and cancelled last minute. Horizon Limousine was easy to book with and took care of us better than we ever have been taken care of. Their vehicle was 10x better than we thought it would be, and the driver was super nice. We've rented numerous times from them since!
