Terrible!!!!! I would never rent from this company again. We broke down on the side of the highway for 45 min going from our wedding to reception. I understand breakdowns, but the manager told me that the driver forgot to FILL THE TROLLEY WITH GAS! That is the easiest thing you can do, and they overlooked it. The engine shut down and the trolley filled with black smoke and we had to rush to open all of the windows because we were choking on the smoke. Amazing. My friends and I booked a party bus for my homecoming this past weekend. I have absolutely no complains. Everything was PERFECT!! I have rented from other companies and I have never been this satisfied. Now, I won't use anything besides Horizon/Rockstar. It made my homecoming simply amazing. I'm so glad I rented a party bus. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I have used Horizon Limo for all of my events (including my wedding day) and have never had a bad experience. I know I can always count on them to make my day special. They always put the customer first. Horizon will always be my first choice!
HORRIBLE experience!! I would never recommend this limo service. The driver never made it to pick me up on my wedding day. My bridesmaids and I had to meet him at a McDonalds because he was running 45 minutes behind. He only called to let us know he was lost when he was supposed to be at my parent's house (when he called he was still 30 minutes away). I highly recommend Horizon!! – I have used Horizon Limousine on a number of occasions and have always been impressed! They have some of the nicest vehicles in the Kansas City area. The staff is very friendly and works hard to make their clients have the best experience! I highly recommend Horizon Limos to all my friends!
Great Job! fun time – Excellent work. rented for a birthday party and everything was great, they even upgraded our group for no additional charge!
Horrible – Worst experience I have ever had. Very disappointing in the service, vehicle, and management. We hired this company for our wedding and there was no AC in the hummer limo. Our entire wedding party was miserable and we had to cut our pictures short due to the heat. The company refused any compensation and was impossible to deal with. Completely dissatisfying.
TUBAWABA – THANKS HORIZON!! I would like to congratulate you on a job well done. I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided. The limo driver was extremely polite and well mannered. Every part of the limo was clean and tidy. there was no sign of any clients to use the limo before us!
Great People to work with! – I don't know how someone could leave a bad review for this company. My wife and I LOVE them, and use them whenever we can find an excuse.
