We had been loyal customers of Horizon for 14 years, and were suddenly dropped with a 4 day notice. (via email) Horizon stated "we are going to slightly decrease our residential customer base". It's interesting that a recent customer and neighbor, 3 doors down, continues to have service provided by Horizon, while we, after 14 years of consistent service and timely payment, were dropped suddenly.
