I’m very disappointed with the service I received the second time working with Horizon. During the first project, everything went smoothly and I was impressed enough to hire them again. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. The work was not completed as agreed. Some of the materials that were discussed were never installed, and parts of the job were left unfinished. I absolutely never leave reviews, but this company deserves this. Noah and his team did a fantastic job! From start to end, communication, organization, and professionalism was phenomenal. From the initial walkthrough, design, then install. Everything was organized and professional. All questions were answered in depth and fully. I don’t normally leave reviews but this one called for it. Overall they did a good job, but there’s no customer service once the job is complete. A couple of my neighbors hired Horizon after I got my yard done to which I was promised a small commission on both, never received it. Multiple times I was told they would come back to do warranty work, they never did or even followed up. Your calls will probably be ducked after you pay.
Noah Did a wonderful job on my little backyard. The whole job was complete in just a couple of days, he and his guys were professional and left everything looking beautiful.
Horizon Landscape and design did exactly what he Noah the owner told me they were going to do in an extremely timely manner and would recommend anyone to call Horizon Landscape you won’t be disappointed.
