My husband went Thursday, the 23rd to have a a1c drawn for his telemedicine appt with his endocrinologist who had left an order for that. The labs that were drawn were for another doctor and they were not even complete. There was no explanation of what happened the past Thursday and the tech yesterday (27th) displayed a very disinterested attitude (my husband said she looked tired) and drew 5 tubes of blood for one test. Went here this morning to have some blood drawn and cannot believe there are so many negative reviews on here! Everyone was incredibly friendly & professional. It is a busy place but the staff treated everyone fairly and kindly. The rooms were very clean. Sally drew my blood and I am a nervous patient for this type of thing but she made me feel SO comfortable and even had me laughing. She also answered all of my questions. 12/10. Great people working here and great services.
PSA: KINDNESS IS FREE Majority of the front office staff don't wanna be here. The lady who was there this morning was rude to other people waiting and just overall in a terrible mood. I get it work is hard and it's not easy to come in sometimes, however, the customers were friendly coming in there wasn't a reason for the way we were treated. The lab department needs some major retraining as far as the bed side manners go. Their patient care service attitude also needs improvement. My son went to get blood drawn and they were not only rude but also passive aggressive with how they were doing everything. In addition of how they were talking to him- not answering his questions clearly, they did not provide patient education care. Made us feel very uncomfortable - will be choosing elsewhere.
Don't get here at 7 am on Saturday. Waited 45 minutes to have blood drawn and was 2nd in line. May as well stay home until 8 when employees actually start working.
