Outstanding from start to finish.
I quite literally had the BEST office visit experience at Banner in Windsor. I was able to get lab-work obtained at Horizon directly after my appointment where I had just established new care. The very kind and accommodating lab phlebotomist, Kate, was amazing! Very friendly, fast, efficient- Just my style!! I’m very pleased and will be back for any future needs.

POORLY MANAGED - How can you give more than one star when you can't rely on their business hours? In the last 5/6 six months, I have gone to this lab three times. TWO OUT OF THREE TIMES they were 'randomly closed' despite their posted hours of operation and not during the 90 minute lunch time; in fact, Google is showing them Open today, but if you drive to the location there are signs saying "Oh, closed today 1/17 - sux2beU!". I'd love to have my time off from work and gas reimbursed since you can't seem to manage your facil... read more
Didn't catch the woman's name but very helpful and friendly. Had no issues requesting a copy of the lab results. Quick and easy.
