Im Very pleased with the Customer Care at Horizon Imaging Clinic. The Staff at reception are fantastic, if you have any queries regarding results, they will happily follow it up. I even had the opportunity to speak with the radiologist there, who was superb, He gladly helped me understand the report. The Sonographer's where also terrific, they are very thorough at this Clinic, after my latest Ultrasound Check, I had 2 wonderful staff (Sonographer's), raise a concern, and mark Images as urgent for viewing. Been here once for x-ray I come here to balance the rating, lol Average customer: Comes for many times, good service, quick scan- no review, no comment Feeling treated impolitely or any minor mistakes - hit the one star review in no time
Very unprofessional and dismissive attitude from a staff member named ‘Aisie’/‘Icy’ over the phone. Extremely disappointing experience. —————————————————— Knowing that makes the situation even more concerning — if staff are aware of their unacceptable behaviour and then give false name and information to avoid accountability, it shows a serious lack of integrity. Untrustworthy.
I've been here many times before and the receptionists have always been very nice. This is the first time I've encountered such a rude lady. I just can't understand it. If you do this job, you should keep a good attitude and show respect to the patients.
