The nurses at Horizon were terrific. My husband had to have home care and we used Horizon home health. Kathy was our main nurse and we could not have had better care. When he passed, we were given love, kindness and great instructions. We will always remember the great care given to him and us as a family.
My mom was in the care of horizon during her time on hospice. Everyone was great. Especially her nurse Kathy. She took great care of my mom during her final weeks.
Horizon is amazing. My mom passed away in her home in July of 2022. Everyone involved in her hospice care was very kind. They were also very respectful to her body after she passed. And we were treated with respect and empathy during her illness and after she left us.
