The Horizon Hospice team that is associated with Froedtert Comfort Care were nothing short of amazing and everything you would want it to be for your loved one who is in their final days. The staff with Horizon were compassionate and listened to my father's needs and wishes in his final days. He was kept comfortable and they advocated for him during his stay at Froedtert. This was incredibly refreshing after we had a poor experience with Heartland Hospice prior to the moment my father was admitted to Froedtert.
Terrible company! Very disrespectful and childish and the CNAS DO NOT WEAR GLOVES.
