Wonderful team!
Out- Patient PT/Hip surgery - Melissa G. has been my physical therapist since February. I just wanted to say what a pleasure she is to work with. Don’t let her pleasant demeanor fool you. She is a sweetheart but demanding at the same time. Melissa was very knowledgeable. Just when I felt I had her exercise routines down, she always came with something new to keep me challenged. I’m on my way to a full recovery and could not have done so without your expert assistance. Horizon should be very proud of you. Thank you, Melissa.
If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. If you care about your loved ones being taken care of and choose home care, look elsewhere! This place is awful! During a recent stay At Froedtert Hospital, we met with Lisa Butzlaff who is a Horizon Liaison and arranged for equipment to be delivered to our home, arranged for a Nurse to visit and guide us, and transportation from hospital to home. My Aunt died in 2021 and they had no compassion for my aunt and our family. When my aunt died they called and announced her death in a rude manner while stating, when will you be to claim.the body..🤨
I am very happy with the help i received for my mother at Horizon. She was well taken care of in her final days. I'm grateful for that her RN named Krista was very helpful and the social worker Josh is a lot of help and continue to help, you can count on him! Again thank-you
