Please do not allow this agency to provide services for your loved one. They had two no shows and when I called they told me I was not at home. The nurse said she had never been called to visit. When she arrived, the nurse was rude and pushy. She acted like we were an inconvenience. I called and spoke with her supervisor who laughed and said she would send someone else. The five star review is from the owner/administrator, Stephanie Henchey, in a desperate attempt to save her reputation because she is unethical and hides behind the guise of Christianity. If your loved ones are in need of care at home, go somewhere else because Horizon Homecare has excellent marketers but the campaign of quality care is a facade because the only value the owner has is the value of a dollar as she continues to fill her pockets. Care is gauged according to profit, not by the need required by the patients.
