I just had a terrible experience with horizon health services. I recommend avoiding them at all costs. I have been on the same three prescriptions since 2013. I spoke with the psychiatrist, who approved them. I then had an appointment with a nurse practitioner, who was unprofessional, aggressive, and angry, and who refused to refill my prescriptions.
