this company should be closed honestly the dumbest bunch ever website never works customer service is awful.
They were a great company until First Brands purchased them. Stock orders (all in stock parts) take weeks to ship. In stock order shipped in 1-2 days in the past. Customer service is non-existent, sales reps were let go, etc. It's sad to see great brand names like Reese and Draw-tite get dragged into one of the poorest run companies I have ever dealt with. Hopefully First brands sells them and someone takes care of the brands and their customers.
Purchased a Prodigy RF brake controller. Having major problems, believe it is faulty. Been trying for almost a week to talk to tech support of which there is apparently only one poor guy..for all their products. I would think twice about purchasing Tekonsha. They clearly do not stand by their products. Looking toward Curt whose customer service was good.
They don't honor the warranty on Fulton jack. Probably made with chinesium steel anyway.
Another poor customer service experience.... Submit a warranty claim on their website, 9 days later still no response. Call, they can't find it. 45 minutes on the phone and they say they will submit it to the warranty specialists to be reviewed... apparently that doesn't happen automatically when you submit a warranty claim??? Joke of a company and a complete waste of time. Instead of "LIFETIME WARRANTY", the product advertisement should say "NO WARRANTY".
