Low paying, constantly forget to pay you for loads, detention, etc. Terrible bottom of the barrel loads, unprofessional staff, and rude dispatchers. They decided to terminate my lease after I declined a load, because their new dispatcher gave me 3 consecutive loads that had me sitting in detention 3-4+ hours, and was trying dispatch me a 4th.
