Shane and his brother Cody do a great job. They just finished my floors. And I appreciated there cleanliness however my floor bowed on one pc I called he came said it was a manufactured defect and this on only after 5 months. As a business owner myself. I would have replaced the pc at no charge he sent me an estimate of over 500 dollars for him to fix it .. which I have extra flooring so no cost for him just his time so to say I was disappointed is a understatement I already paid over 4k for him to lay it and now 500 more no... read more
Our experience with Horizon Flooring was exceptional. Shane communicated with us every step of the way through the process. He provided valuable feedback and insight in helping us choose our flooring and the installation and clean up was outstanding. Absolutely, wholeheartedly would recommend Horizon flooring!! Shane was so attentive from the initial planning stages until the completion of the project. The communication was wonderful! We had our entire first floor replaced with hardwood which was a huge job. They got it done in less than two weeks and the quality of work was exceptional!!
Shane and everyone at horizon were absolutely amazing to work with. The quality of work is great. Shane is super transparent and tells you what he’s going to do beforehand. If I could hire them to do everything around my house I absolutely would.
