I have been going to this office for at least 15 years. I love my Doctor - Dr. Joanna Chan. So why 2 stars? They have recently moved to a phone service so we can no longer talk to the doctor. You call - you get passed to a this service. The personal touch is gone - they have turned into a big medical group. So sad.
Over 20 years patient! Added my husband, daughters, their families. I find all the Dr. & staff very personable and caring.
I've been a patient of this practice for over four decades. Why? Because I receive exemplary care. My primary doctor is Dr Amnott, however, I've seen every doctor and nurse practitioner at some time over the years. Each and every one of them are a credit to the medical profession. Without hesitation I highly recommend this medical practice.
Every time I visit this office, I find that the doctors really listen to me, figure out what's wrong, and the people who work there are really great. It's nice to know that whenever I need help, they're there to take care of me and make sure I feel better. They're really good at what they do, and it makes me feel safe and happy to go there.
