Rude. "We're not here to tell stories, we're here for medical history only." told to my husband by a P.A. while he was trying to explain what had happened to him and why he had been in the hospital, etc. RUDE. The only game in town (nearby) but not cool.

I came today with both of my daughter for their physical. 10 minutes late after calling the clinic to let them know that we were late and upon arriving to the clinic we were turned away. They canceled one of my daughter’s appointment and said that they did not receive a call. Maybe their third party who answers calls had answered and did not inform them. My first time given anyone a rating. It is sad that it has to be a negative one. I can confirm this clinic doesn’t care for their patients wellbeing. I missed a surgery because the paper work was never faxed. I asked to speak to Dr. Chang and was told she didn’t have the time to see me. I waited for over 2 hours, I’m sure if there was a way to bill my insurance for the conversation then she would have had been available. Sad not to be treated as a human being….

I have been going to this office for at least 15 years. I love my Doctor - Dr. Joanna Chan. So why 2 stars? They have recently moved to a phone service so we can no longer talk to the doctor. You call - you get passed to a this service. The personal touch is gone - they have turned into a big medical group. So sad.
