I've had a great experience with Horizon Family Medical Group. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring, and appointments have always gone smoothly. My experience has been very different from some of the negative reviews, I felt respected, well cared for, and would definitely recommend this practice.
Friendly staff, organized appointments, clean facility, clear communication, helpful front desk.
I have seen all doctors at this location. Receptionist old and new have always been pleasant and professional. Wait time for this location was on time and the longest I have waited ever was 15 minutes which was not often (same day appt.). I seen all doctors here: Dr. Joanna Chan, Dr. Amnot (with side kick Jazzy aka adorable poodle), Dr. Muller, and nurse practitioner Mellissa (very good). Good doctor's here, Blooming Grove. Dr Chan and Dr Amnott are great primary care providers. I have been going here for 20 years now.
