Saw my orthopedic surgeon in Jersey today on Wednesday and I need emergency surgery Friday. I've been with Horizon on Hatfield for many many years. I called Horizon when I was in the scheduling office at my orthopedic and explained I need a appointment either last appointment today or tomorrow because I'm having surgery the next day Friday and I need to be cleared, and I was given the excuse there is no availability at all. I recently had my first appointment with them, and it was great from start to finish. I met the doctor who was highly recommended by a friend and she took the time to review my medical history and listened attentively to my concerns. She was incredibly thorough in her examination and explained my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. She even personally called to discuss my test results and check on my progress. Highly recommended!
