Absolutely terrible experience with the front desk. Instead of inquiring about safety and concern that I was 12 minutes late to register because of the ice I was told I was “two minutes away from being canceled”. There is no customer service. I do acknowledge that I was late for the appointment. It was because of the line of traffic regarding the icy conditions. The front desk person was absolutely the entire reason I won’t be coming back.
I see both Kerry Gomulka, PA and Madeleine Zeigler, NP in this office. They both are good listeners and knowledgeable providers. Grateful to be their patient.
I truly appreciate the front office staff at Dr. Ellis office in Gastroenterology. The young man at the front desk, Solo, not only answered my questions but called me back and was able to get me the help I needed.
This place is a waist of time. The people at the front desk are all so unprofessional and are always eating and talking about food every time I've been there. They answer the phone, tell people please hold while they finish whatever they're eating. Dr. Natalie is also inconsiderate, she sees several patients at a time like it's a meat market. the nurse practitioner and medical assistant were amazing however the office is impossible to reach with a full mailbox so no option to leave a message. my appointment has been cancelled twice now. they set me up for a telemed and never called.
