This place is a waist of time. The people at the front desk are all so unprofessional and are always eating and talking about food every time I've been there. They answer the phone, tell people please hold while they finish whatever they're eating. Dr. Natalie is also inconsiderate, she sees several patients at a time like it's a meat market. the nurse practitioner and medical assistant were amazing however the office is impossible to reach with a full mailbox so no option to leave a message. my appointment has been cancelled twice now. they set me up for a telemed and never called.
I recently had my first appointment with them, and it was great from start to finish. I met the doctor who was highly recommended by a friend and she took the time to review my medical history and listened attentively to my concerns. She was incredibly thorough in her examination and explained my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. She even personally called to discuss my test results and check on my progress. Highly recommended!
My son, who is usually very anxious about doctor visits, feels at ease with his pediatrician due to his kind demeanor and patient approach. Last winter, when he had a severe bout of flu, the clinic’s swift response and effective treatment plan made a world of difference. The nurses were attentive and compassionate, making sure he was comfortable throughout his visits. We also appreciate the convenience of their online patient portal for scheduling appointments and viewing test results. Thank you so much!
