Dr. Cheon and his assistant were absolutely amazing!! They made me feel comfortable through my time in the chair. I love the staff and have absolutely no complaints. See you guys soon!!
Watch your bill even if covered by insurance. I was over charged. I asked to see the bill to review the charges based on the services received and questioned the amount. The receptionist spoke with the hygenist and with no explanation or apology reduced my bill by 1/3. She just told me the new amount. This is not the first time I have been charged for services I did not receive. The last time I didn't review my bill until I got home. In and out in great time, staff are friendly and good at there jobs.
I would highly recommend Horizon Family Dentistry. It starts with the women that manage and operate the office area, they are exceptional. Their kindness and professionalism says it all. The Nurse on Staff was kind and supportive, she answered any questions that I had and made me feel comfortable with the procedure that I was going to have. The dental surgeon was amazing.
