Tyler came out to the house to see what I all needed done. The most important was adding electricity to the garage and I needed it done by the following day. Tyler was completely accommodating and got it done. Truly grateful for that, because I was having concrete poured then the following day. Tyler was completely professional, very friendly and communicated very well so we were on the same page.
We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Robert, the estimator, was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, which we really appreciated. Bill was the electrician on the job, and he did an excellent job in our 1912 building with plaster walls and old wiring, which is no easy task. We did a full electric upgrade to a 200 AMP panel and added a number of outlets with a couple of other needs mixed in. Their pricing was better than other quotes, and they didn't push me for services I didn't need. Super friendly and very communicative. We even had an issue arise after the service and they came out the next morning to ensure the work was done properly (in connection with out AC) to ensure we didn't have any issues due to the heat. Couldn't reccomend their work more!
John did a fantastic job today! He quoted me a fair price and did all the work that I needed to get done. He explained in great detail what he was doing and why. Having zero experience with electrical issues, I appreciated his attention to detail. He was courteous and cleaned up all his work areas when he was finished. I would highly recommend Horizon for your electrical needs!
The electrician that came out was amazing! He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He was efficient and did a great job. He was also able to help me figure out another job I wanted done and was lower than the competition. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.
