John did a fantastic job today! He quoted me a fair price and did all the work that I needed to get done. He explained in great detail what he was doing and why. Having zero experience with electrical issues, I appreciated his attention to detail. He was courteous and cleaned up all his work areas when he was finished. I would highly recommend Horizon for your electrical needs!
We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Robert, the estimator, was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, which we really appreciated. Bill was the electrician on the job, and he did an excellent job in our 1912 building with plaster walls and old wiring, which is no easy task. The crew that came to the house were excellent. They were polite, worked hard to fix the electrical items we had agreed upon and answered all my questions. The second visit was a single electrician who was friendly and helpful. He returned to do some additional work and helped us make informed decisions. The office staff has been friendly and professional each time I have contacted them. When I called with a question they helped and it was a pleasure working with this company. We will use them in the future.
Installer (Oddy) was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Installation was quick and clean. I would recommend Horizon and Oddy as an installer. Great price for the total job ($850) as we were quoted $3,000+ for the same job by other companies.
We just had Oddy out from Horizon Electric and we were so impressed! We had a outlet giving us some trouble that we needed to replace and they were able to come out right away, maybe an hour after we called. While Oddy was here, we also asked him to add another outlet for us. Both jobs were done in record time and at about half the cost we were expecting. We have a few other needs around the house and we'll be sure to call Horizon first!
