Since my electrical issue would not let me use my garage door opener to get my car out to drive to my caregiving job, Horizon had Robert come to my rescue on his way to work at 6am so I could still get to my client. Robert did a great job installing my ceiling fan. Explained things along the way. Cleaned up well after the job. I will be doing additional electrical work with Horizon.
My go-to company for electrical needs! They squeezed me in the day after I called. Bill texted me on his way to the property and was ready to go when I got there. He thoroughly assessed the problems, explained it in simple terms and gave me an estimate on the spot. After getting my approval, he grabbed his tools and supplies and got the job done. I've used Horizon Electric many times over the last 20 years, and the friendly staff, quality of service and reasonable costs have never disappointed.
Bill was great. Explained the process to me at each step, and answered all my questions. Very polite and made 100% sure that any mess he made was cleaned up.
