WENT in today March 17 around 10:30 waited in line and asked the Lady behind the counter if she could help me. I asked her, or if anyone there knew if the water pressure regulator always leaks water because my drip regulator leaks. She said she did know & I should ask one of the gardners shopping at the store. I would expect the workers at the store either should be able to answer questions or seek help from another worker that knows the business better. Disappointed for sure!

Calculated our sod incorrectly and have entire pallet of overage. Catalina at front desk says she didn't do the order, Ed did. Ed is not there and told they don't make mistakes. They won't return it, or offer any credit. When asked what the solution is, they said they don't have one. Won't be back for my lighting - will go elsewhere. Horrible customer service!!! Anyone want sod?!
