Very helpful and friendly staff. Quick easy in-and-out transaction.
Calculated our sod incorrectly and have entire pallet of overage. Catalina at front desk says she didn't do the order, Ed did. Ed is not there and told they don't make mistakes. They won't return it, or offer any credit. When asked what the solution is, they said they don't have one. Won't be back for my lighting - will go elsewhere. Horrible customer service!!! Anyone want sod?!
The product selection, price and customer service can't be beat by anyone. The staff aren't just familiar with what products they stock and where it is located in the store. They also know how to use and install what they sell and can easily explain and answer all questions! It's my first stop for irrigation needs.
