They always reply that thanks for your comment and that we will resolve your concern, but you go to the store to have them answer for the material in poor condition and they are only looking out for their own well-being and not that of the customers.
materials In bad conditions. I have been asking them to respond for some broken pipes and stick valves do they sell me. we did a new installation and pipes are all broke and valves those are getting stick they refuse to exchange it. Be aware of this store.
