Close them down Zero stars,stop DO NOT go to this place! On 10/5/10 i walked in there for an extration and walked out with TWO broken teeth! The dentist chipped my front bottom tooth when he placed his tool on the bottom row of teeth and pushed down for leverage will extracting a moler. Then cracked the tooth next to the one the got extracted. The worst thing was they don't tell me about the teeth that they damaged! Ms 1.5 years ago i had a root canal - they did not put a crown on it - so now my tooth cracked. I am sure they are going to charge me for thisprocedure of which I will fight - should have been done the 1st time. I have waited 1 month for them to call me with the ins ok - of which they never did - i got the approval in the mail from my ins co. and I called them. Worst Dental Place Ever The dentist I have gone to since I was 5 years old was not on my companies insurance plan so I decided to pick one of the ones fairly close to my house. When I first decided to make the intital appointment I was very sceptical considering the reviews online were not the best. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! This place needs to be shut down... PERMANENTLY! I picked the place cause of a bad tooth that I needed to get rid of, and they could fit me in imidiately! so.... Garofalo Anthony P Dds - Horizon Dental Group is They will schedule you to come in for a cleaning when you're due. After a simple check-up and x-rays, they send you to a counter to "schedule" your actual cleaning. This bait and switch procedure happens every time, even if you tell them in advance you don't want two appointments on separate days. Worst This is by far the worst dentist office I've ever been to... My kids were seen in the front office, not by the scheduled dentist!? For the initial visit as well as a follow-up cleaning...both times by whoever dentist showed up that day!!! Unfortunately I didn't do my homework and research... Worst Dentist in San Diego Hands Down Horizon Dental Group has to be the worst dentist I have ever been to!! They are very unknowledgable about dentistry. They perform their operation like a BUTCHER SHOP (very rough and not concerned with their patients pain). A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! Staff refused to explain bill. Refused to return phone calls. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. A complete nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone! Staff is cold and rude.
Worst dentist experience ever! First let me say that I needed some extensive work - about 3 root canals and a bridge, not to mention 2 wisdom teeth pulled. When I set up the first appointment, I arrived on time and the dentist was very late. I was rescheduled that same day but 2 hours later, apparently the dentist hadn't returned from lunch yet.
