Went in a few weeks ago for a regular checkup w/ x-rays and a cleaning and Dr G found 2 cavities. 2 weeks later Dr Fremo fixed the cavities in under an hour with no pain. He's an absolute PRO and the whole experience was WAY better than I had expected.
Went in for a crown and Dr. Fremo did a 5-star job. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. Overall great experience.
Seriously...This is the worst dentist office on the planet. Do not go to this place. The place looks run down tremendously. Feels like you stepped into the past (like 40 years ago) when you walk into it. The people are overall rude and condescending. They don't communicate well between each other which therefore causes a lot of confusion between employees. Very bad staff they are unprofessional and unorganized.
Stay away from here Yesterday my daughter went to this clinic because she was in pain with an infected gum. The dentist saw her, and informed her that her gum was infected and that she needed a root canal. She was then referred to the business office, where she was told that she would have to leave a copay of over $140 for the return visit. Despite the fact that she was insured, and had paid through the insurance for the office visit yesterday, she was told that they would not prescribe the needed antibiotics for the infecti... read more

worst dentist on earth! WOW... where do i even f****** start! this dentist is the worst of the worst, and i wouldn't even try going here even if my teeth had the worst pain possible. he is a dumass who doesnt know what the hell he is doing, and having it be in el cajon speaks for itself. my mom forced me to go, so i gave it a shot since i had cavities. he filled one of my teeth in and when the swelling came down i ate something only to experience the most excrutiating pain in my life.i never knew a tooth could hurt so bad, a... read more
Mr I had dentures made at Horizon, right off I let them know they were crooked. They told me "YOUR MOUTH IS CROOKED". I took a mini cassette recorder to my next appointment and pulled it out and said "I'm Recording this conversation, now you said these dentures are crooked because my mouth is crooked" they proceeded to "fix them". They ground off the tooth they didn't match, and tapered the fake teeth. They were still not right, but I was happy they were a bit better.
