TERRIBLE customer service!!!! I wasn't greeted when I walked in. Three other patients were greeted by their first name. I waited 35 minutes before being called in. No welcome, no introduction to this woman who walked me down to a machine. After 3D imaging I am walked down a hall to an office. Not friendly at all. Then I find out I was set up with the wrong dentist as only one does sedation. Then the xray machine isn't working - I sit in the chair over an hour and then they say I need to reschedule.
