I recently brought my 2-year-old for his first dental appointment at this office, which was described as a simple introduction to the dentist and the chair rather than a formal check-up, and was told, and I quote “it is essentially a chair ride and we may or may not be able to look into his mouth”. Unfortunately, I arrived a few minutes late after calling ahead to inform the office, and while they assured me it was no problem, I was refused service upon arrival despite 25 minutes remaining in the appointment slot.
