No complaints with the care received. The complaint I have is seeing a $300 increase in my bill for "insurance adjustment". We were given a cost for the procedures, and then when the office staff determined that insurance would allow a higher cost, our bill was raised too. Felt like a bait and switch. Very poor response from the staff in trying to resolve. Will not return. Would caution anyone else using their service.

Caring Staff – I have always been very pleased with the dental care I have received at Horizon Dental Associates. I will always be a patient here. The staff down to the doctor are the best. Thanks for all the great care.

No waiting – Great. Didn't have to wait. Staff was organized and efficient. Very courteous and remembers my name. Most of all professional and very thorough.
