Moved in a month or so ago. Office staff excellent, helpful; attention to few minor repairs has been positive. Laundry machines very nice and at going $ rate.

This is the worst apartment! They have taken away washers on certain floors, charge for visitor parking, and treat the residents terrible. They tell their staff not to talk to the tenants. You have to register every vehicle that comes to visit you. Pick a better place that treats people better!!
It is interesting that the reviews from 5 - 6 years ago were spectacular, and the reviews from the last 11 months have been extremely poor. Staff - very rude and unfriendly to talk to. They talk over you when you are in the office, and make rude comments via email such as, "Dear X, We would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to keep your unit clean"… The request was for some caulking maintenance in the bathroom and the received response was I don’t clean?
