It is interesting that the reviews from 5 - 6 years ago were spectacular, and the reviews from the last 11 months have been extremely poor. Staff - very rude and unfriendly to talk to. They talk over you when you are in the office, and make rude comments via email such as, "Dear X, We would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to keep your unit clean"… The request was for some caulking maintenance in the bathroom and the received response was I don’t clean? I am extremely dissatisfied with the office staff's behavior, particularly the office manager, who exhibits a lack of professionalism and empathy. The property management team seems to prioritize maximizing profits over tenant satisfaction, implementing excessive rules and fees. For instance, the lease agreement includes unreasonable requirements, such as mandatory dusting.
