Our wrought iron fence was on its last leg, already rotted through. We wanted a short block wall topped by a vinyl fence. I found Horizon Construction on a couple of the “help” websites and called them. Eitan Beznos came out, discussed the job and provided an estimate. We got bids from 5 different contractors for the construction we needed in our backyard. We were converting our garage into an additional dwelling unit (ADU), which has very specific requirements in most cities. David Eskin came out from Horizon; they were the last bid we received. Eitan Beznos of Horizon Construction did a major Remodeling on my kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and garage. This included: New patio slab. Removal of wall and load bearing 4x4's. Kitchen island. Fireplace. New roof. New ceiling. Complete rewire of house and garage. Power panel upgrade and electric car charger in garage. Paint interior and exterior. Eitan was the project manager. we recently had our master bath shower remodeled by Horizon Construction. we wanted a universal design to accommodate his and her showers with a bench , rain shower, 2 hand held showers, and grab bars. it is a very professional job and finished on time. david and the entire crew were fantastic to work with. we are pleased with the functionality and look. we had interviewed several different contractors but Horizon was the only one that saw our vision and made it happen. i highly recommend Horizon Construction for any remodel... read more

I had the bathtub removed from the master bath and a shower with a steam unit installed. David Eskin was the project manager and was a pleasure to work with. Despite the current pandemic situation, David kept the project going. The workers were amazing, each one an expert in their respective craft. The job was finished beautifully and I’m very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Horizon Construction for any remodeling job.

If you're shopping contractors, and want to avoid a nightmare, read this. Licensed contractors are not all the same. Horizon Construction & Remodeling gets 5 stars. This company delivered what was promised. I'm not affiliated with Horizon in any capacity. I'm a customer, who hired them to remodel my bathroom after calling 5 other contractors, who either didn't show up, or quoted ridiculous bids. We had a great experience with David Eskin on the remodel of our kitchen and floors in 2019. Work was completed on time and his workers were outstanding. Four months after completion there was a problem with the grout cracking along the kitchen counter and David promptly sent his tile guy out to re-do the cracking grout. Now, four months later, the problem occurred again. David promptly responded again and this time they used a flexible material that matched the grout perfectly. I hired Mark Besnos and Enna of Horizon Construction and Remodeling in the spring of 2019 to do a complete kitchen remodel which included removing a load bearing wall and removing a gas fireplace. The actual construction began with the demolition in mid-July and the job was completed the last week of October.
