We worked with Mark and his amazing team to complete the addition on our home. His team was able to help us through planning stage and come up with a layout that made sense, dealing with the city to get the project approved, and completing the addition timely. We visited their showroom and found the perfect flooring to complete the look we wanted in our home. The only delays we had were due to the city slowly approving the plans. We hired the company to remodel our 1971 Kitchen to bring the water and electrical systems in it up to code. We’re very happy with the outcome. David Eskin was our project manager. He kept us informed and updated since we were still living far from our new home. Overall, the project was done on budget and in time. We will definitely hire Horizon of Fullerton, California again if another project crops up

We have recently completed an extensive home addition and backyard and pool remodel. After several estimates from different contractors we chose Horizon and contractor Mark Besnos. This is our 2nd remodel with Horizon. We contracted them 1st time in 2017 for an interior remodel. Mark was very attentive and on top of the project from the beginning to end. David Eskin, one of the Company's owners served as our Project Manager. It was beneficial to have someone with a vested interest in the Company be directly involved in our project. The fact that the company is family owned was one of the reasons we selected Horizon. David was always attentive to our inquiries and questions. We contracted with Horizon in October 2020 to remodel our kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. There were (and are) too many issues to list. Most importantly, the shower installation was so bad that there was water damage after just a few months of regular use. Tiles are popping off the wall due to moisture behind them and there is rust coming up through the grout. We’ve been advised not to use it further and have been without a second shower (six people in one home, all sharing one shower/bath) for nearly two years now. We have ... read more

The crew was professional and communicative, with given fair pricing. They had economical rates as compared to their competitors. They got all their tools with them. They are far better than the other Contractors. I highly recommend them to all.

Horizon completely remodeled our three bathrooms in March '22. So far, everything is working as expected -- no leaks, malfunctions, or defects. They weren't cheap, but if you want a high quality product on schedule, consider Horizon.

We had Horizon Construction and Remodeling do our master bathroom renovation. David, the construction manager was a great communicator and helpful to meet our needs. Our bathroom came out very nice and we are pleased with our come. Thanks to Frank, the tile person, and Joel, who did carpenter work for always being on time and doing the best work. We highly recommend Horizon for your next house renovation.
