The Horizon team is professional and really knowledgeable. Every time they have come to service an issue for us we have been very satisfied. I can highly recommend.
Did a great job on a repair, even searched around and found the old parts needed to do that repair, avoiding have to re-installing the whole thing.
Stay FAR away! This company said we needed a whole new system for our gas fireplace and couldn’t tell us what exactly was broken. They gave us a quote for $2500 we made a $600 deposit and a tech came out and said it was actually just the wiring and was here for 10 mins and fixed it. They said that call cost $500 and they still recommended replacing the whole system. Technicians were on time for the scheduled cleaning and answered all my questions about the condition of my chimney liner. Provided a quote and we’re finished in an hour. Polite, respectful and prompt. I’d recommend and plan to have them replace the flue liner
