Used them last year. It was our first time having a sweep and we found them online. Sweep was very nice. Charged us $189.00. Called them back this year and the kid says his boss was "mad" last year when he didn't up-charge for a missing door outside of the chimney. That would be an extra $150 charge. Obviously we sent him away. We called a guy out of Natick that was recommended and he laughed and said he didn't understand what they were talking about.
