I have been a customer for fifteen years. Today I received the absolute worse customer service from their telephone representative at the main Michigan City office.

Should definitely learn to respect other customer service employees within their district.
Shut my card off for no reason at all and left me with no money and no one to contact for the entire weekend. I'll take my buisness elsewhere
