If you look at my other reviews you will see I only leave 5-stars. I don’t like doing this, but the way branch manager Kelly Matozoulos treated me makes it necessary. Align, Assure, Assist: this is the motto I follow for customer service in my business. Unfortunately District Manager Jen and Branch Manager Kelly do not meet any of these expectations.
