If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to concerning not being able to make my monthly payment. I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to from a representative. They did not help in any way nor try to understand my circumstances. I have never been late on any of my payments. I would NOT recommend banking with this business.

I would not bank here EVER. Had a loan, paid it off, 2 months later I'm still waiting for a title. When I call they can't track it because they just mail it regular mail. So they send me a title release that I have to take to the BMV and pay to have a new title done -- guess what that's another 2 weeks minimum at my expense. What a joke.
Horizon approved a customer that was fake. The customer was approved and took the car and then horizon contacted us saying it was a fraud customer and made us pay the full amount plus fees. In fact the contract doesn't state that the if the customer is fraud i have to pay the fees and the amount. I feel like they took advantage of me and they never gave me the title back to the car after i paid so much money. It has been 3 months. I want the money back because they broke the contract. I should've had my title within 21 days.... read more
I have had a horrible experience with this bank. First my account has been hacked into three times since I have banked there. The customer service at this bank especially the waterloo, IN branch is severely lacking. They tried to make it seem like it was my fault that I was having issues with my account being hacked which it was not. I decided to close my account and they never processed my paperwork.
