Update: I received a text from them saying they were willing to take a look at the car, but unfortunately I could not take my car in before they went on vacation due to my work schedule. My next off day, I took my car to the mechanic and had some necessary work done. I sent the receipt to Horizon Auto Sales hoping we could come to some resolve but I haven't heard anything back. I'll take my car back to the shop for a full look over on my next off days, but it is driving better so hopefully everything is good now. Good people... read more
This dealership sold a faulty vehicle and refused to take any responsibility once problems showed up shortly after the sale. Instead of helping, they gave the runaround and made it nearly impossible to get answers or support. They were quick to sell but completely unhelpful afterward. I would not recommend buying from here. Be very cautious.
My coworker referred me to this dealership and just like anyone else I had to go see for myself as I came in I seen that they had a few options I was allowed to test drive any vehicle that I was interested in before making my decision. The owner goes through different routes and choices, and not to mention walks you through the whole process . As a first time buyer I am extremely happy with my Vehicle and all customer service provided by the owner himself and Luis very kind and serviceable people.
