My awesome friends got me a baby shower cake delivered from here and it was absolutely awesome.

Stopped here for lunch yesterday on the way to Bluegrass at the Fair. Wonderful sandwiches and treats, and an amazingly kind and competent staff. This will be a regular stop whenever visiting or traveling through Pueblo!

Hopscotch is the best!! Piñón shortbread is outstanding! I missed seeing the owner, though! She's the best!
Best bakery in 500 miles. Chili infused shortbread cookies are my crack, heroin, and meth combined. Eat with caution as you will want more. I suggest that anyone partaking obtain a sponsor to assist with the high likelihood of addiction.
