The staff was friendly and helpful. I brought my out-of-state family members to the bakery because of rave reviews. It was my first time there as well. I spent $25. The vanilla bean cupcake was practically flavorless and extremely dense. The icing tasted like lard. The chocolate cream cheese brownie was dry on the edges. The lemon cookie was yummy. Overrated.

Mary made the perfect birthday cake for my fur sons “barkday”. After searching around town to find someone who made dog friendly cakes I finally found Hopscotch. I highly recommend giving them a visit, they were so friendly and the cupcakes and cookies are delicious ! Tank loved his birthday cake!

I went in to the bakery today staff was pleasant took the croissant of the day walked around the corner to enjoy, but it was taste less gummy raw dough pretending to be a flaky buttery pastry I enjoyed in Vienna & Paris for the last 6 years I was homesick & craving one. Visiting from South Central PA and found this treasure in downtown Pueblo. Went back (insert 'yes we are repeat offenders in less than four days) to buy Lemonsmacker and Raspberry Shortbread Cookies to take home. Mary reminded us that they do ship! I've just saved all their information into my phone contacts for easy ordering. Oh, btw, their Quiche of the Day was amazing!! Buttery crust, eggs, thick cut bacon, red peppers, artichokes... simply DEVINE!

My sister recently relocated to Pueblo from Jacksonville NC. I wanted to send her something for her birthday. I actually called a different bakery which had great reviews and a reputation of longevity in the area. Unfortunately for them, they didn't offer delivery.
