We were staying in Wilmington for three days and read about their burgers in the Wilmington North Carolina September-October 2017 magazine in our hotel. They did an article on Burgers and Brews 25 Top Picks to Find Your Dripping Greasy Heaven! We had the HOPSCO burgers and they were delicious! We wanted to get back to try other menu items, but we just couldn't fit it in. We will be back! Great food, and decor, with a very nice bar. There were quite a few people dining at the bar. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
This was once a favorite in town as the food was always solid. I believe they have recently gotten a new chief and I’m not sure they told him it was a gastro pub. Specials aren’t really in line with the rest of the menu. Hell, they changed the popcorn to a kettle corn...at a gastro pub?! Bartenders are good so I’d recommend even if the food goes to the likes of some of the groups other restaurants (Bluewater, Henry’s, etc)
This place is wonderful. The service was fantastic. The food was delicious. And the drinks were perfect. Hands down the best burger I've ever eaten. Loved everything.
Love this place!!!! The meals and the service are always on point!
Everyone ordered the Hopsco Burger...great as always.
Always good, even better now with mimosa's on Sunday's before 12.
