Why is the kitchen so ridiculously slow? You know your customer flow. Poached eggs and waffles should not take 45 mins. Once is maybe an anomaly but three visits in a row? Crazy.
told 40mi wait, over hour an half.. no communication on why this much longer... wont come back. understand if busy, communication is key
Garbage... walked in today. Put our name on the list. Was told 1 hour wait . Sat for 2 hours. Had 10 groups same size calling in in the parking lot and getting sat in front of us. Was told that was company policy to seat all call ins in front of walk ins. Horrible service. I tried calling in from the lobby realizing what was going on, hostess realized it was me calling from the lobby and hung up on me.
