They've had my parent's truck for 4 or 5 months now to repair a head gasket. The repair was not properly done and they had to return due to a massive oil leak caused by the mechanic. Now, every week it's a new issue and my parents are tired of waiting. Apparently, there is a mechanic who can only work on it 2 to 3 hours a day! They also promised my parents a loaner car in case the truck took too long but when my parents asked for one, they refused to help.
