Our waitress was so sweet and helpful (sorry, I can't remember her name.) We were surprised that the beer made by The Hoppy Gnome wasn't really pushed. Every taco we tried was outstanding! We will definitely be coming back!
Great beer, only reason not a 5 is they want to make everything hot and spicy here. You need some mellow flavors to go along with the beer.
Tried the pick two tacos... I got a mahi mahi and a Korean short rib. They were both so delicious I can't decide which I like more and now I want to try them all. Too bad I live so far away. I will definitely be back!
Finally tried the Hoppy Gnome. So Not Disappointed! I think this will be a new regular joint. Tried the Chili Shrimp, Korean Short Rib and the Three Pigs. All were delicious but the Korean Short Rib really stood out as a winner. I am not a fan of Kimchi but it was really good and the Hoppy Hash was a nice take on hashbrowns. Thank goodness for locally owned business in a good price range and a fully selected bar!
First time and not the last. Went to the Sunday brunch and it was a delite. Food, service and atmosphere were great. Really loved the steak laid on top of the chorizo. Can't wait to come back.
First time to "The Hoppy Gnome"... and we had an excellent time!!! The server was fantastic and the food was great..... I'm definitely going back soon!!! Everyone should try it...
