Yesterday my husband and I decided to try something new and go to Hoppy Gnome, a restaurant I had been excited to try. Well we show up at 10pm and get sat in a booth, we wait well over 10 minutes and no server came to greet us. I know the server life, things can get hectic but the restaurant was not that busy especially if 2 servers can be chatting at a table for as long as we waited for service. My wife and I waited for over 10 mins in a booth and no one came to our table to greet us/get drinks. And the restaurant wasn’t that busy I was a server for 4 years, yes I know something about customer service....
Had a fabulous time brewing beer. Mike our brew master was the best. And our server Tyler provided top rated service.
Great service. Great variety. Great food. We will definitely return.
