We will strive diligently to steer clear of Hoppies Refrigeration. Throughout almost a year, we have made a minimum of 6 efforts to get our refrigerator door hinges replaced. They have visited our home on a few occasions and I even went to their store. The absence of competence and follow-up turned it into one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. Friendly knowledgeable staff
Stopped by Hoppies today needing a replacement part for a stove hood but the part wasn't available at the store. The employee working there researched on-line, called the parts supplier and helped me with requesting the part needed from the warehouse. In minutes the part was ordered and being sent to my house. Great customer service and friendly staff.
