For a month now we have been trying to get a part ordered for our fridge. Finally was able to get a hold of someone and they set us up for a tech to come out and they never showed. When we called to get an update on when a tech would show the man who answered was extremely rude. No one there has what it takes to work in customer service.
We will strive diligently to steer clear of Hoppies Refrigeration. Throughout almost a year, we have made a minimum of 6 efforts to get our refrigerator door hinges replaced. They have visited our home on a few occasions and I even went to their store. The absence of competence and follow-up turned it into one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. My favorite part is that now, everyday, everytime I walk by my fridge, I have two new dents staring back at me, reminding me of the unpleasantness of the whole experience.
