I received an extremely late and significantly low appraisal from Ron Hopper Appraisals. that delayed and negatively affected the lending process. I have been charged high or $678 for the rush request for my house appraisal, paid on December 13th and they sent it to the lender on Jan 4th (This was their Rush).
