Slow service. It took 4 hrs to do an oil change.
Hopper GM Buick, Above and beyond!! Travelling through North bay last evening, I had a tire bulge that was within kms of complete failure. Had to get a hotel for my son and I until the problem was resolved. I managed to find a slightly used tire, same size and showed up unannounced 1 hour before service opened. I met a tech named Paul after opening a door I probably shouldn't have. Instead of shooing me away till 8, he listened to my story, advanced me into service, where they installed my extra tire and had me on route home... read more
