Very pleased with Hopper’s service department! Was in the area from out of town, truck wouldn’t start on a Friday morning. Called and got their first appointment early Monday morning. Had it towed there the Friday morning and they were able to look at it same day, ahead of scheduled appointment. Lots of troubleshooting later, were honest and upfront and only charged me for what was needed, despite being led down a couple different paths along the way. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. 🚨 Consumer Alert – Hopper Buick GMC & Used Cars 🚨 I am sharing my experience as a paying customer under GMC’s 7-year “bumper-to-bumper” warranty. I purchased an $80,000 truck and paid thousands for this extended warranty. My front bumper and light bezzels began peeling — an issue any reasonable person would expect to be covered. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! The level of professionalism and service was outstanding. Lisa, Bill, Jason and the team went out of their way to answer all my questions and create an efficient and comparatively seamless buying process. Mr. Hopper personally contacted me to assert that I would receive the best possible service experience...which I did! Thank you to Hoppers. Recommend highly.
