Rude staff,
He never showed up. I arrived 1/2 hour early to do paperwork. my appointment was for 10 am and waited 'til 10:30 but he never showed. Not even a word from his staff. Blue Shield should drop him.
My father was a doctor, I was trained as a biochemist, and I have spent my career in the health-care business. Having just 'graduated' to Medicare, I have been seeing Dr. Hopner for the past year. Dr. Hopner is a first-rate physician. He listens to his patients (at least to me) - which is a critical indication of his professionalism - and he has been highly attentive and responsive to my needs. After a horrible experience with a specialist, the doctor and his staff fit me in urgently, listened to, and solved my issue. I have never loved a doctor before but I will never change. The best truly helpful, caring doctor.
The office in Los Gatos is so unprofessional the receptionist that answers the line is very rude I would not recommend you going to see this doctor due to their staffing being rude and unprofessional
