I was impressed with the fact that the DR was in the exam room initially. Most dentists leave it to the tech to do the initial interview and then swoop in after. I enjoyed the friendly and engaging staff with whom I conversed while I was waiting. All in all a very pleasant experience as a self-proclaimed dental wimp....
