Internet sucks well been dealing with crappy service 3 plus months. Service call after service call. The last two service calls was told once should be fixed in 2 to 3 weeks alot of problems in the area. The one made on Monday was told we dont know when it wi be fixed. We are ready to find a new internet company. Cause why pay when we can hardly use it.
It is a shame that our local utility company cannot provide better internet service. I am constantly calling tech support because my internet is down. I have a box right outside my window and have been told for months now that there is an issue with it but it has never been fixed. I will be canceling my service and that is a shame because I would rather support my local utility then TWC or AT&T.
My Netflix streams so much faster now with EnergyNet!
Terrible! Router sucks, energy net mobile don't work in and out. I'm done!
