Hopkinsville Electric System (HES) is the municipal electric system for the city of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Established in June, 1942, HES serves approximately 13,000 residential, business and commercial customers within our service area. HES purchases its electricity, and is regulated, by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). EnergyNet is the internet division of HES and provides internet services to residential and business customers in Hopkinsville and some surrounding areas.

Internet sucks well been dealing with crappy service 3 plus months. Service call after service call. The last two service calls was told once should be fixed in 2 to 3 weeks alot of problems in the area. The one made on Monday was told we dont know when it wi be fixed. We are ready to find a new internet company. Cause why pay when we can hardly use it.
It is a shame that our local utility company cannot provide better internet service. I am constantly calling tech support because my internet is down. I have a box right outside my window and have been told for months now that there is an issue with it but it has never been fixed. I will be canceling my service and that is a shame because I would rather support my local utility then TWC or AT&T.
My Netflix streams so much faster now with EnergyNet!
Terrible! Router sucks, energy net mobile don't work in and out. I'm done!
