NO. i was refused medical treatment because Misty Hallonquist, Blalock, M--- turned me down. The manager did nothing about it. Misty has been fired 7 times in the medical field. I will own this place when I get finished.
We had the most troubling and infuriating experience here tonight. My boyfriend came in for chest pain, being fairly young we figured it wasn’t a heart attack and his PCP was already closed. The secretary was beyond rude right off the bat, horrible attitude and even went as far as to make a snide comment. The male nurse I assume, was the only polite, helpful person there. The doctor came in after an ECG was done to tell us he has no clue why he was having chest pain but he “might have a congenital heart abnormality”. We aske... read more
RecommendedMisty morrissey is very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Facility was busy with about 7-9 patients and I was out within in 1 1/2 hours.
I read the previous reviews and I totally disagree. We obviously had two different experiences. Misty was the one who helped us and she and the nurse (sorry, forgot her name) were awesome. The receptionist/intake person was friendly. We did not experience one rude person. We just moved to the area and they were so informative and outgoing. The wait time in the lobby was appropriate and the wait time in the exam room was appropriate also. We would not hesitate using this location again.
Be very careful if you go to this place for a drug screen. They do not follow the fmcsa rules and refused to give thier owners information to follow up with. The girl taking the test admitted she had just gotten her certification and didn’t really know what she was doing but hoped she would get the hang of it. So read up on your rights and the rules they are suppose to follow before going in there. This is the best urgent care center in Sulphur Springs. They are able to take care of a multitude of causes. From blood tests to emergency stitches and everything in between.
Everyone was very friendly. The doctor thorough. Best urgent care visit ever! 💖
I went in for allergies fast becoming a bronchial infection, and Dr. Kosub, Nurse Lacee, and the rest of the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. This was my first experience there and with this condition, and I was given all the assistance and advice I could have asked for. Very helpful for down the road. Thank you! The center was recommended to me by a friend's daughter and I'm glad I listened to her.
